Contact us to inform you about the current prices and if necessary send us photos or arrange a meeting at your place. We will need to see the amount of recyclables, access to the site for our staff to come with the appropriate private vehicle to collect and transport the recyclables. Purchase prices are determined after analysis of transport and labor costs (It usually takes 1-2 working weeks to collect the materials).
The supplier must issue a consignment note for the transport of the materials for the purpose of their sale and recycling. Also, the note is marked “The finalization of quality and quantity is done at the consignee”, with the final weighing at the bridge plate of our facilities.

The supplier issues an invoice (without VAT based on Article 39A) and sends it to info@oikokiklios.gr within a certain time as will be informed by our accounting department.

Payment of the invoice is made directly through our bank accounts. We provide you upon request a certificate of the type and kilos of scrap received, which can be used for any legal use.

Also, with the delivery of scrap material, you must inform us if you have an obligation to register in the Electronic Waste Register and give us the EKA that is on your permits.

The materials should be packed (bags, boxes, etc.) and in the case of a large quantity placed on pallets if possible.
The finalization and quantification takes place after their receipt at our headquarters, where the invoicing of the materials follows.

All receipts and deliveries of scrap materials are carried out ONLY with the issuance of all legal documents (SHIPPING NOTE, SALES INVOICE OR PURCHASE INVOICE – INDIVIDUAL (in case of receipt by an individual, 2.4% is deducted from the net value-retention) followed by payment in cash or deposit to the BANK ACCOUNT of the scrap supplier.
